1.The right of withdrawal of the User in the purchase of perishable products such as fresh flowers and plants is not applicable and therefore they are not subject to return.
2. Non-perishable products if they are subject to return (vases, candles and other decorative products).
The user has a right of withdrawal by which he may contact FLORESTUDIO by email at the following address: email@example.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than seven (7) business days, counted upon receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the duly completed return sheet and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, with the User being responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that FLORESTUDIO indicates to the User in response to their notification of the withdrawal exercise. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of seven (7) days after FLORESTUDIO indicates the form of return.
3. The withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid. To do this, the client must indicate on the return sheet the number and the holder of the credit card to which FLORESTUDIO must make the payment. The term for said payment will be established in the Law.
4. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.
5. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised when the order has been placed correctly and the product is already in delivery. The User must wait to receive the product. In any case, FLORESTUDIO will not return the money when the withdrawal is not caused by an error of yours or of its subcontractors, offering in that case, the possibility of exchanging the existing order for a voucher to be used on the website without expiration.
